Can I buy dance shoes without a professional fitting?
While we always recommend getting your dance shoes professionally fitted in-store for the best fit, we understand that sometimes this isn’t possible. That’s why we offer our shoes online with sizing guides from the manufacturers to help you choose the right size. Since dance shoes often differ from street shoes, it’s important to carefully review these size charts. If you need help with sizing or aren’t sure which style is best for you, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to assist!

How do I know which size to choose?
We provide size guides for all our garments and shoes based on the manufacturers’ measurements. These guides are a helpful reference, but we recommend comparing them to your own measurements to find the best fit. Keep in mind, sizing can vary, so if you're unsure about which size to pick, we’re always here to offer advice. Feel free to get in touch with us!

What do I do if my online order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, start by checking the tracking number we emailed you to see any updates from the carrier. Sometimes, parcels are left in “safe spots,” so make sure to check around your delivery address, your mailbox for a delivery note, or with your neighbours. If you still can’t find your parcel, don’t worry! Just contact us with your order number, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Please note that once your order is fulfilled, we’re unable to cancel or modify it online. However, if you need to make a change, we can assist you with an exchange. Just follow our exchange process, and we’ll guide you through the steps.

What about sale items?
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. If an item is defective, we’ll handle the return following ACCC guidelines. Please note, discounts only apply to in-stock items, and unfortunately, they don’t extend to special orders in different sizes or colours.

Shipping Information

Click and Collect

  • You can pick up your online order at our store, located at 7/57 Pulteney Street, Taree, during normal business hours or by appointment. We’re closed Sundays and Mondays, but if we’re available, we can arrange a time to meet.
  • We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.

Shipping to Australia

  • We ship nationwide across Australia, and while we don’t offer international shipping through our website, just reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
  • All parcels are sent via Australia Post.
  • Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12.95 AUD, or you can choose express shipping for $18.95 AUD.
  • Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD!
  • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel’s journey.
