Shipping policy
- If you enter the incorrect address, a redelivery fee will apply.
- Business addresses require a business name to be stated.
- Customers will be provided with tracking information once your parcel has been shipped.
- We will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed shipment.
- Delivery times specified are estimates only. Delivery to rural addresses may take longer and once shipped we cannot be liable for any delays
- If you select an ATL (Authority to Leave) for shipments, then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.
- Once order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details at our earliest convenience.
* Pick Up
You will receive an email notification that your order is ready to collect, if you have not received a notification please call us to confirm your order is ready to collect.
* Local Delivery
Local delivery is an offered serviced to the local area and may not be between business hours. Please note this could be delivered by people other than staff or anyone affiliated with relevé dance collective, and are not responsible for any damage or loss of property from the delivery process.
* Free Shipping
Free shipping is only for orders over $150.00 not including larger items. Larger Items will be calculated shipping on there own based on size or weight.
Dispatch Time
We endeavour to get your orders out as soon as possible but please allow up to 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.
